By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to comply with the terms outlined here.

Download & Expiration Policy

Once you’ve purchased your digital product, you will receive a download link.

Please be sure to download and save the files as soon as possible, as the download link will expire after 30 days.

After this period, the link will no longer be active, and we will be unable to reissue a new link for download.

We recommend saving your files in a secure location so that you can access them at any time and avoid any inconvenience should the download link expire.

Technical Support Disclaimer

Please note that due to the wide variety of edible printers and printing materials available, we are unable to provide specific technical support regarding the edible icing image printing process itself.

Each printer operates differently, and settings may vary depending on your machine and ink.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded.

However, if you experience any issues with the file (such as a corrupt download or error), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly provide assistance or a replacement file.
