SHIPPING POLICY

World Wide shipping is available. Stamps and Cutters are carefully packaged and available for postage via standard or express/tracked services via Australia Post.

Vintage Sugarcraft by Catherine does not guarantee delivery dates or assume responsibility for delays once receipted into the Australia Post shipping system.  Once shipped, a tracking email will be sent to you.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders valued at over $150 for domestic shipping only. 

Some product lines are made to order.

*Please note a manufacture time of 1-5 business days from order receipt on all baking products.

Standard flat rate $12. Shipping time estimated between 2 to 7 days depending on state or territory.

Express flat rate $16.25. Shipping time estimated between 1 to 3 days depending on state or territory. 

Pick up is available from Cobram, Victoria. Please select the pick-up option when completing your enquiry form or at the check-out for online sales. 

An email will be sent to you to arrange a mutually agreeable time/date for collection.

Please note that our standard collection day is Friday between 10am and 1pm.

International shipping may possibly incur costs to you which are in addition to your Vintage Sugarcraft by Catherine purchase. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes payable on receipt of your order.

Please note these additional costs are not included in the shipping fee and are the total responsibility of the buyer.

International parcels are sent via standard post only and prices are in AUD
