We're a small business who works hard to keep our prices as reasonable as we can. We offer sales and coupons from time to time in good faith. If you are found to misuse any discount coupon, we will invoice you for the latest discount and hold your order until it is paid. For example, our subscriber welcome discount is a single use coupon per customer and is not applicable to our recipes. Signing up with multiple email addresses to make repeat purchases with the discount coupon is misuse of the coupon. 

Pick up is available from Cobram, Victoria. Please select the pick up option when completing your enquiry form or at the check out for online sales.

Collection days are typically Fridays between 10am and 1pm. An email will be sent to you to arrange a mutually agreeable time/date for collection.

STAMPS and CUTTERS- All stamps and cutters are carefully packaged and posted via your method of choice at shipping. ie Express/tracked or standard post.

Cobram Cookie Co cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume responsibility for delays once receipted into the Australia Post shipping system.

Once shipped, a tracking email will be sent to you.

Our digital products and recipes are for personal use only. This means you can use them to bake for yourself, your friends, your family and/or your small business. However, they must not be shared, distributed, sell or resell the files or printed copies of the items to others. By purchasing these items, you agree to these T&Cs and any listed on the product itself. Violations of this policy will result in access to your files being revoked.

Download & Expiration Policy

Once you’ve purchased your digital product, you will receive a download link. Please be sure to download and save the files as soon as possible, as the download link will expire after 30 days. After this period, the link will no longer be active, and we will be unable to reissue a new link for download. We recommend saving your files in a secure location so that you can access them at any time and avoid any inconvenience should the download link expire.

Technical Support Disclaimer

Please note that due to the wide variety of 3D printers available on the market, we are unable to provide specific technical support regarding the 3D printing process itself. Each 3D printer operates differently, and settings may vary depending on your machine. For your reference, our designs are created with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.20mm. We recommend consulting your printer’s user manual or online forums for guidance specific to your printer model. While we strive to ensure our files are compatible with most common 3D printers, it is the responsibility of the user to adjust settings for optimal printing results.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded. However, if you experience any issues with the file (such as a corrupt download or error), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly provide assistance or a replacement file.

Intellectual Property

All designs and digital files are protected by intellectual property laws. By purchasing our digital products, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the designs themselves. All rights to the designs, including copyright and trademarks, remain with us, the creators. You may not alter, modify, reverse-engineer, or claim our designs as your own. Our designs are meant to be enjoyed and used by you, but they are our property, and we ask that you treat them with the same respect that you would expect for your own creative work.

Liability

By purchasing and using our digital files, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for the final use of the designs. We are not liable for any errors or damages that result from printing, cutting, or baking using our designs, including but not limited to issues with equipment, materials, or final product quality. Additionally, we are not responsible for any third-party software or hardware issues that might arise when using our files.

Release & Expectations

When you purchase and download our digital files, you agree to release us from any liability related to the use of the files. This includes any claims arising from the use, misuse, or distribution of the files, and any products made with them. We expect that our customers will use our products with care, respecting both the spirit of these designs and the policies in place to protect our work. We trust that you will enjoy creating beautiful, vintage-inspired baked goods, and we appreciate your commitment to upholding these guidelines.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or require some tips and tricks to get the desired effect, please reach out via email at cobramcookieco@gmail.com or via the websites contacts form so we can work through any tricky issues together.

To be eligible for a refund on stamps and cutters, your item must be in the original condition that it was received by you ie unused and in original packaging.   All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase to receive a store credit.

Refunds are available on faulty or transit damaged products only.

If in the event your item is defective or not what you ordered, please contact me via email.

Refunds and returns are not available on sale items or in change of mind circumstances.​

We are all about sharing the love and helping your small business grow. We would love you to tag us in your bakes so we can share the love and re post your creations via our Instagram Stories. 

In the event that you so kindly tag or mention our products in your socials, Cobram Cookie Co may reshare your work via Stories and accept your product mention or tag as your consent to do so.

Instagram Post features-We know how challenging it can be to grow your business on Insta. There are so many talented cookie artists out there and we'd love to showcase your work. Occasionally we will run features on individual businesses and/or your creations via a series of Instagram Posts. Cobram Cookie Co will always seek your permission prior to running a Post featuring your business or your work. 

Occasionally you might find our website under Maintenance Mode. This means something big is coming to our range! Sign up to our email list and follow our socials so you don't miss a beat.

In our blog, we share the highs, lows and the "FINALLY someone's said thats" of being a business owner. It's a space where we encourage respectful engagement and participation, so we welcome your comments. However, the comments of others are their own and do not reflect Vintage Sugarcraft by Catherine's beliefs or recommendations. We welcome helpful discourse, but we reserve the right to immediately remove any comments and/or members that we consider to be inappropriate for our business and blog at our sole discretion.
