Some designs feel special from the moment they’re sketched… and this little teddy is one of them.

My most popular Teddy by far, he's travelled far and landed in the kitchen of beautiful bakers all over the world.

He was inspired by my son’s childhood bear - lovingly named Raymond. Raymond survived to tell the tale and still has a special place in my son's home today. A little worn, a little hugged-out, but completely timeless.

This Teddy Stamp & Cutter set is my way of celebrating those memories that stay with us… the ones that shape our families, our stories, and our seasons.

Creating pieces like this reminds me why I do what I do: to honour the past, treasure the present, and craft something sweet enough to become part of someone else’s memory too.

Oh my goodness.... Yes I've been a teeny bit quiet on the gram.
I took a step back this last 10 days. Not for any kind of reason specifically.
I've just been busy. Busy lifing, planning, spring cleaning, revamping, thinking, reading and taking a little time for me.
Previously I would have felt an overwhelming guilt about not showing up, posting regularly or being present on the gram.
BUT I don't. Not this time, not next time.
Because I know the best version of me is an authentic me. A focussed me. A ducks in a row kind of me.

This one belongs to the latter.

My Paper Angel Cutter and Stamp Set was inspired by a memory. The kind that stays softly in the background of who you are.

I remember making paper angels as a little girl, carefully folding and snipping them from crisp white paper, then hanging them on the tree.

There was something so pure and gentle about them, humble, handmade, and full of wonder.

Now, all these years later, I wanted to bring that same feeling into my cookie designs.

To recreate those quiet, beautiful moments in a new way. One day, I hope to sit at the table with my granddaughters, making them all over again.

Our Partridge in a Pear Tree set is a dream to two tone! Personally I don’t particularly like two toning. I’ll avoid it if I can…but I love the look. It’s the time, the tedious, tricky bits, the waisted fondant when it all goes wrong. I’ve worked hard on these designs to make them perfect for two toning and this little Pear just sings with a slight marble on the body and a dappled leaf. I’m working through my gradual release Christmas with more to come shortly. I’ll be flooding my feed with new designs as they become ready. A few days ago, I promised I’d be doing things differently this year, slowing down, releasing each design as it’s ready, and giving every piece the space to shine. And I’m standing by that.

I know it’s not the big, all-at-once release we’ve come to expect in this industry, but it feels right. Intentional. Calm. A chance to truly enjoy the season instead of racing through it.

I just can’t be a follower any longer.
It’s not what I want for Vintage Sugarcraft and I hope you’ll understand.

After a sleepless night and a mini meltdown, I realised I wasn’t following my own advice. I’ve laboured over my Christmas release, changed direction more times than I care to admit, and reached that point where you just can’t see the forest for the trees.

The truth is, I create my best work when I can focus on one thing at a time, giving each design space to breathe, to tell its story, and to be shared with you when it’s ready… not when the calendar says it should be.

So this year, I’m doing things differently.
Instead of the usual industry rush toward one big festive launch, I’m slowing it down, choosing something a little more authentic, a little more me.

I’ll be releasing each set as it’s finished, along with packaging ideas and helpful resources you can use in your own business. I know it’s not what you’re used to, but I hope it feels refreshing. Less overwhelm, more connection.

BOO! I don't mean to scare you but how can we be at this end of 2025 already? I feel all kinds of crazy just thinking about it.

I'm loving the simplicity of these Halloween cookies and the elevated look that an edible icing sheet can give.

Its a nice change from the sometimes tedious two tone designs.

Bridget @crumbswithlove_ has used our B & O Capital Letter Cookie Cutters (available as STL files), our Pumpkin Edible Icing Sheet, Muslin Texture Stamp and Large Stamp frame for these gorgeous cookies.

I'm on a little 2 day break with my Grand babies at the moment but will be back on deck Saturday.

The last on the grid for this weeks Christmas indulgence. I love the sweet smell of Gingerbread wafting through our home BUT I need to focus on finishing up a few things before our little Christmas drop. It won’t be a big collection this year because we already love what we have and I’ve never been one for creating just for the sake of it. Love a rustic Gingerbread wreath! I’ve popped these together in a Loyal 25cm x25cm box which holds 14 cookies in this format. I tack my base cookies with a little royal icing to hold in place. I don’t bag individually. After they are arranged on their base, I sleeve into a larger bag to heat seal. I’ve just left that part and the lid off for the purpose of photographing to avoid the dreaded glare! Let’s make this little Highland throw rug!
In typical Victorian weather style this took 15 minutes to film and edit and I’ve had sun, cloud, sun again and now rain! A filming nightmare.
